Rental Instructions
After you submit your request, we’ll phone to confirm your rental and set delivery or pickup time (typically in the morning).
Rental Policy
- You can cancel the rental without charge with one-day notice. Anything less than one-day will be charged the full amount.
- You are responsible for the equipment during your rental, and any damage or loss that occurs will be charged to your credit card at the following values: Each Hand Controller at $100, Headset at $500, Charger and Cord at $10.
- It’s recommended to store the equipment in the container provided when not in use to avoid any damage.
- Make sure to use and tighten the wrist-straps while playing.
- After each use, we thoroughly sanitize and inspect/test the equipment.
- If there’s know damage, we’ll indicate that on your rental. We also encourage you to take a look once you receive the equipment and let us know right away if anything was missed.
- We’ll require a photo of your drivers license or other government issued ID to verify identity. This is kept confidential and will be deleted after equipment return.
- Your use must follow Oculus terms of service
